1. Site Execution & Supervision
- Supervise daily construction activities on-site to ensure work is executed as per approved structural layouts, architectural drawings, and MEP designs.
- Maintain a strict project timeline, tracking daily, weekly, and monthly targets to ensure milestones are met without delays.
- Supervise structural tasks including RCC framework, brickwork, plastering, flooring, and finishing works.
2. Quality Assurance & Control (QA/QC)
- Implement stringent quality control measures on-site to ensure materials used and workmanship meet company and industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of incoming raw materials (cement, steel, sand, aggregates) and verify test certificates.
- Identify structural or execution anomalies early and implement corrective actions immediately.
3. Billing, Estimation & Material Management
- Assist in checking and verifying contractor bills, measurement sheets (MBs), and variations against actual work done on-site.
- Monitor material consumption against estimates to eliminate wastage and keep the project within budgetary allocations.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to raise timely material indents and ensure zero downtime on site.
4. Contractor & Labour Management
- Coordinate with various sub-contractors, laborers, and specialized vendors to ensure seamless workflow synchronization.
- Ensure all safety norms, labor laws, and PPE protocols are strictly adhered to across the construction site.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), weekly updates, and material reconciliation statements to senior management.
- Maintain comprehensive on-site documentation, including drawing registers, site order books, and safety logs.
- Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 3 to 7 years of core site execution experience specifically within the Real Estate / High-Rise Residential / Commercial sector.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex structural and architectural drawings.
- Basic working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project scheduling tools (MS Project / Primavera is a plus).
- Thorough understanding of concrete technology, reinforcement detailing, and finishing works.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership and contractor management capabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
- Location/Language: Must be willing to work on-site in Hyderabad. Fluency in Telugu and English/Hindi is highly preferred for seamless vendor and labor communication.
