求められる経験
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum are highly valued.

- 8+ years of project or program management experience within technology or digital transformation.

- Experience in multinational organizations, preferably in consumer, retail, or digital-focused industries.

- Demonstrated success delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives on time and within budget.

- Strong knowledge of program/project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination abilities.

- Expertise in risk management, budget oversight, and vendor management.

- Fluent English, Business level Japanese
