Project Manager - ERP (Infor CloudSuite) | Permanent | Melbourne | 2-3 days on-site
A well known Australian organisation is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead their ERP migration, moving from Infor on premise to Infor CloudSuite. This is a permanent opportunity to join a business investing heavily in its systems and processes, with a collaborative team environment.
What you'll be doing
- Lead end to end delivery of the migration from Infor on premise to Infor CloudSuite
- Oversee data conversion and migration activities, working closely with internal technical teams
- Manage the integration of the new ERP with existing business systems
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets and stakeholder communication
- Partner with finance, operations and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions
- Coordinate with vendors and implementation partners to keep delivery on track
- Identify and manage project risks, issues and dependencies
- Support change management and user adoption across the business
What we're looking for
- Proven experience managing ERP implementations within retail or FMCG environments
- Hands on experience overseeing data conversion and migration, able to speak to how data was extracted and migrated rather than delegating this fully to a vendor
- Experience managing system integration with an understanding of how the ERP connects with other business systems
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical detail into business outcomes
The details
- Permanent, full time position
- $200,000 package inclusive of superannuation
- Based in Melbourne
- On-site 2-3 days per week
