Responsibilities
• Define project scope with customers and ensure all technical and business requirements are captured.
• Develop comprehensive project schedules, resource requirements, and risk management plans.
• Direct all work activities to ensure deliverables meet rigorous quality standards and regulatory rules.
• Maintain accurate and real-time project status data regarding schedules, budgets, and outcomes.
• Manage Azure DevOps Boards while acting in both Product Manager and Scrum Master capacities.
• Negotiate and finalize statements of work while managing external vendor relationships and contracts.
• Facilitate project checkpoint gates and provide detailed progress reports to the Program Director.
Qualifications
• Eight or more years of hands-on experience managing complex IT and business projects.
• Active PMP or PRINCE2 certification combined with a relevant University degree.
• Expertise in Azure DevOps Boards and the full Microsoft Office Suite for project tracking.
• Proven background in budget planning and resource allocation across multiple parallel workstreams.
• Strong history of working within regulated industries such as utilities or electricity transmission.
