SummaryRandstad, partnered with a giant Securities Firm, is seeking a highly logical and detail-oriented bilingual Business Analyst/Project Manager, to drive projects within the equities front office technology division. The selected candidate will focus on initiatives related to trading platforms, dissecting business processes, eliciting needs, and coordinating the finalization of specifications for system architecture and development. These platforms support a range of multi-asset trading strategies, incorporating algorithms and real-time position and risk oversight.Responsibilities:- Work closely with business counterparts in trading, position & inventory management, booking, operations, and other technology teams at the firm.- Gain a thorough understanding and analysis of current business/system flows, document & visualize the requirements, and propose system solutions to improve efficiency and performance.- Translate business requirements into system specifications and create system designs with appropriate documentation.- Work closely with the development team during the implementation & testing phases.- Work on ongoing initiatives & migration projects within the transition programs aligning with the company’s strategic goals.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:
- Strong analytical skills with extensive experience in analyzing business/systems flows, writing requirements specifications, and creating system design and data models.
- Business-level verbal and written English language skills.
- Excellent verbal and written Japanese language communication skills and experience in creating specifications/design documents as well as presentations to facilitate discussions and obtaining consensus on proposed ideas.

Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Basic knowledge of securities products (equities and derivatives).
-At least 3 years of experience in securities trading technology in either front / middle office roles.
-People management skills and experience working with business counterparts/stakeholders.
-Experience working with IT infrastructure teams – network, server, data center management.
- Experience with technologies like Java, C#, Python, Oracle.
