Are you a proactive Project Officer with a knack for Learning and Development? We are looking for a digital-savvy professional to join our team in Parramatta on a short-term contract through to June 2026. This hybrid role offers the perfect balance of work-from-home flexibility while you lead the implementation of evaluation frameworks and manage our LMS ecosystem. What You Will Do:
- Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of L&D capability programs, ensuring all project milestones are met by June 2026.
- Finalise and implement evaluation frameworks within the Learning Management System (Moodle) to measure program impact.
- Develop procedures and guidelines for course evaluations, ensuring a consistent approach to data collection.
- Provide high-level reporting on learning outcomes, translating complex survey data into clear status reports for stakeholders.
What You Need to Apply for This Role:
- Proven experience as a Project Officer with a specific focus on Learning and Development or capability uplift.
- Hands-on expertise using Learning Management Systems, with a strong preference for Moodle.
- Solid evaluation experience, including survey design, data analysis, and reporting on learning pathways.
