- JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support Senior Buyers in daily procurement operations and vendor communication
- • Prepare reports, presentations, and procurement dashboards (Excel / SAP / other tools)
- • Resolve purchase order issues (tax changes, plant codes, etc.) and track vendor payments
- • Manage vendor identification, data maintenance, and contract documentation
- • Monitor PR to PO conversion, spend analysis, and contract status on a monthly basis
- • Coordinate and follow up with suppliers for timely contract execution
- • Conduct basic market research for cost, specification, and vendor comparison
- • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and maintain accurate records
- • Provide administrative and clerical support to the purchasing team DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE Specific skills / Personal attributes
- • Strong communication and coordination skills.
- • Proficiency in MS Ofice (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & PowerBi).
- • Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
- • Basic understanding of procurement / supply chain concepts (preferred but not mandatory).
