Primary Responsibilities
Job description
1. Responsible to implement directives and policies established by the Top management And ensure compliance.
2. Responsible for proper management Control to get the best results by delegation of authority.
3.Responsible to ensure product quality at customer end and each in-house stage of product processing.
4. Responsible to ensure monitoring and checking of quality activities performed by Plant Q.C.
5. Responsible to ensure implementation and up gradation of quality standards covering each production activity.
6. Responsible for effective Implementation of ISO/IATF 16949, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001requirements.
7. Responsible to ensure monthly data collection as per MR data requirement and its timely submission along with CAPA .
8. Responsible to ensure updating and availability of records to support for smooth external / Internal / system / customer audits.
9. Responsible to ensure right quality product as per inspection standards and limit samples
10. Responsible to ensure reduction in External / Internal NCR's / observations and implementation of complete CAPA for closer.
11. Responsible to ensure reduction in customer / Internal QPCR / verbal complaints and implementation of complete CAPA for closer.
12. Responsible to ensure effective TEI Activities.
