What you'll do:

Client & Business Development

• Map and shape your market — identifying business opportunities and tracking trends across  energy, construction, production, shipping and supply chain industry.
• Build and grow a high-value client portfolio through targeted outreach, meetings, pitches, and strategic advisory conversations.
• Lead the full commercial cycle — from proposal development and fee negotiation to offer management and final sign-off.
• Develop a strong personal brand that attracts interest from clients and positions you as a trusted Engineering advisor.
• Drive revenue growth by aligning client needs with the right talent solutions and continuously expanding your market footprint.

Talent Strategy & Recruitment

• Source, screen, interview, and assess scientific and technical professionals across the Engineering spectrum.
• Advise and guide candidates through strategic career decisions with clarity and commercial insight.
• Match high-calibre talent to opportunities within the Engineering portfolio, ensuring both speed and quality of delivery.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to anticipate client demand and accelerate recruitment cycles.
• Represent Randstad with credibility and confidence, creating a trusted experience that strengthens long-term candidate relationships.

2-5 years experience in Talent Acquisition or Business Development
