Base Salary: ÂŁ50,000 - ÂŁ55,000
Expertise Premium: Up to ÂŁ60,000 (For 'Outstanding' track record)
The Ofsted "Success" Bonus: Up to 10% of Salary (ÂŁ8,000 for Outstanding)
Referral Rewards: ÂŁ250 - ÂŁ500 per successful staff introduction.
Total OTE Potential: ÂŁ68,000+
