Responsibilities
Registered Pharmacy Technician (Sterile Compounding - Training Provided) - FT, 12-month Contract - Calgary, AB - Healthcare

Aseptically prepare sterile drug admixtures (TPN) following precise technical specifications and quality work instructions.

Assist with order entry, label verifications, production staging, syringe checks, and final packaging checks.

Perform cleanroom decontamination, hood cleaning, and routine equipment maintenance procedures.

Manage inventory maintenance, production staging, and quality assurance monitoring.

Maintain compliance with corporate quality management programs, workplace safety guidelines, and professional code of conduct.

Collaborate daily with pharmacists, cleanroom supervisors, and team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

Provide occasional, limited phone support to patients under the direction of the pharmacist.

Qualifications

Active, maintained license in good standing as a Registered Pharmacy Technician with the Alberta College of Pharmacy (or eligible for immediate registration).
