Location: Camden
Pay: £13.00 - £18.00 per hour (Elevated rate for your skills)

What You Will Be Doing
Your primary role is to provide a safe, stable, and supportive environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Providing high-quality daily care and support to young people.
Confidently de-escalating heightened behaviours and managing challenging situations.
Making decisive, appropriate decisions in line with safeguarding and care plans.
Building positive, trusting relationships with young people through creative engagement.
Maintaining precise, detailed daily logs and incident reports.
Collaborating effectively with the wider team and external agencies.
Upholding strong professional boundaries and demonstrating sound judgment.
What You Must Have (Essential Requirements)
This role requires a specific skill set. Applicants must have:
A minimum of 6 months' paid experience in a children's residential home within the last 3 years.
A full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
Full eligibility to work in the UK.
An enhanced DBS (or be willing to obtain one).
A valid overseas police certificate (if you've lived outside the UK for 6+ months in the last 5 years).
What We Also Value (Desirable)
An NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People (or equivalent).
A strong, practical understanding of safeguarding policies.
