Our client is dedicated to providing a safe, happy, and supportive environment for children and young people with complex needs, including autism, sensory impairments, and profound communication difficulties. Their residential homes are nurturing spaces where young people can learn, grow, and thrive.
As a Residential Support Worker, you will:
Provide person-centred care and support to children and young people in their daily lives.
Help promote independence, social interaction, and life skills.
Support with personal care, health needs, and household tasks.
Encourage participation in recreational, leisure, and community activities.
Work as part of a team to create a safe, warm, and welcoming environment.
Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to support others.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
No previous experience required - full training and ongoing professional development provided.
Competitive salary and allowances for sleep-ins.
Comprehensive training and qualifications (including NVQs).
