•Provide operational support and troubleshoot issues related to POS systems and GK-POS Launchpad •Support SAP Fiori-related operations •Support store inventory count operations, including handheld terminal master data updates •Coordinate with the first-level support vendor to resolve incidents •Manage system accounts for retail store staff •Procure POS-related equipment and accessories •Work closely with business teams to identify, discuss, and resolve retail system issues •Support POS setup (kitting) and deployment for new store openings •Participate in retail system implementation and improvement projects •Create operational manuals and deliver training for business teams and store staff

求められる経験
•Minimum 1 year of experience building or supporting Windows-based POS systems
•Experience supporting business reporting tools
•Minimum 1 year of IT experience within the retail industry
•Data analysis skills
•Strong documentation and presentation skills
•Experience working in a global company or retail/fashion brand back-office environment
•Business-level Japanese
•Business-level English reading and writing (email communication is sufficient; translation tools are acceptable)
•Strong attention to detail, accountability, and customer-focused problem-solving mindset
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
