We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Retail Operations Manager to oversee and optimize store performance across multiple locations. This role is critical in driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, and building a high-performing retail team aligned with the company’s growth strategy.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across assigned retail stores to ensure smooth and efficient execution
- Drive sales performance and achieve business targets through strong planning and execution
- Monitor KPIs, analyze sales data, and implement actionable strategies to improve performance
- Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and frontline teams to build a strong sales culture
- Ensure consistent implementation of SOPs, VM standards, and brand guidelines across all stores
- Manage manpower planning, staff productivity, and cost control
- Identify operational gaps and continuously improve processes to enhance customer experience
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Merchandising, HR) to support business initiatives
- Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews
Requirements
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record in managing multiple stores and driving sales growth
