Campaign Loss Control: Pre-audit and implement controls for mega-campaigns on mainstream E-commerce platforms to prevent scalping and promo abuse.
CRM Fraud Detection: Monitor loyalty programs and coupon distribution to identify and block malicious cash-outs and refund fraud.
Data-driven Risk Management: Utilize Power BI / SQL to analyze large datasets, build anomaly dashboards, and trigger automated risk mitigation.
Retail Store Audits: Execute on-site and remote audits for stores/counters regarding inventory shrinkage and cash controls.
Forensic Investigation: Conduct fraud investigations and interviews regarding staff misconduct (cash skimming, discount abuse, or scalper collusion).

skills and experience required.

Experience: 5–10 years of experience in internal audit, internal control, or operational risk management.
Preferred Background: Big 4 risk advisory background, OR HQ-level risk experience in leading retail/beauty/fashion/O2O sectors.
Data Skills: Strong data proficiency with hands-on experience in Power BI / SQL.
Credentials: CPA, CIA, or CISA certification is highly preferred.
