experience
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder erste Erfahrung als Kundenberater bzw. Customer Service Agent
- Freundliche und sympathische Telefonstimme sowie hohe Serviceorientierung
- Gute PC-Grundkenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Teamgeist und Freude daran, Kunden bestmöglich weiterzuhelfen
