The Role at a Glance:
- 100% Sales & Account Acquisition (Zero candidate sourcing/recruiting).
- Outbound B2B prospecting: Cold calling, social selling, virtual pitches, and on-site client meetings.
- Strategic negotiations: Structure winning deals with local business leaders and hiring managers.
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of successful B2B sales / business development experience.
- Proven history of meeting/exceeding sales targets.

Pay Rate: $ 55,000 - $ 105,000 Annually
The listed pay range includes base salary and, if the role is eligible, a reasonable estimate of expected variable commission pay potential. Note that commission varies based on performance, the successful and commission eligible candidate may earn amounts higher than this range.
