We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Sales Director to lead our IT Services sales efforts in India. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in driving revenue growth within the Information Technology sector, with a strong emphasis on IT service sales and account management. This is a full-time, proactive role based in Delhi, demanding a professional and formal approach to leadership.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets in the IT Services market across India.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of success and accountability.
- Cultivate and manage key client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and identifying opportunities for expansion.
- Drive business development initiatives, focusing on ServiceNow, Salesforce, and broader IT service sales.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing deals.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product development.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and seamless customer experience.
- Manage sales pipelines, forecast sales revenue accurately, and report on key performance indicators to senior management.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct in all sales activities.
- A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in IT Sales, with a significant portion dedicated to IT service sales and account management.
- Demonstrated expertise in selling solutions related to ServiceNow and Salesforce.
- Good to have exposure of International Market (North America, Europe, UAE, UK)
- Proven ability to manage and grow a sales team and achieve significant revenue growth in complex markets.
- Strong understanding of the Indian IT market and its diverse business needs.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Computer Science) is required. A Master's degree is preferred.
