Your New Role
We’re looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to lead onboarding, training and learning initiatives for our clients' sales teams. This is a 12-month temp opportunity where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the skills, knowledge, and success of sales teams, while collaborating closely with leaders across the business.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and improve onboarding for new sales hires.
- Listen to sales calls, identify skill gaps, and coach teams.
- Design and deliver engaging sales training sessions.
- Partner with Product Marketing to deliver product updates and resources.
- Track enablement activities, attend meetings, and maintain documentation.
