They will be onboarded onto the current TISS payroll (or another third-party provider) via a Fixed Term Contract (FTC), renewable annually.

Working Expectations
Product Focus: Professional product bundle (caries, sensitivity, gum-disease treatments). Not device-focused.
Coverage Targets:
Travel Requirements:
Monthly: 3–4 days outstation + 1–2 days ex-HQ
For metros, the working radius is ~80–85 km.
Travel beyond 100 km or >3–4 hours is considered outstation.
