Your key responsibilities
- Receive all walk in queries in the store.
- Make sure that the customer receives a warm welcome at the showroom, is made comfortable and is offered appropriate refreshments
- Conduct need analysis with the customer, vehicle demonstration and test drives to create a unique product experience, making customers feel the need to buy an RE
- Demonstrate strong product and customer understanding to build trust and offer customers the right products from the portfolio
- Facilitating test rides in store and at home/office
- Engage customers on riding initiatives of RE/ dealer and other in use elements
- Check for finance requirements, cross selling opportunities for gears and accessories from the customer
- Guide the customer through the complete decision making process all the way from enquiry to the booking
- Showcase strong customer orientation and ensure the customer has a RE brand experience through the sales process, right from first contact to booking
- Ensure achievement of monthly sales targets set in line with dealership sales appendix
- Drive sales for the dealers by selling profitably and maximizing value added services sales
- Assist the CRE sales in carrying out lost case analysis
- Process Adherence
- Plan and manage all system level reporting and documentation requirement as per RECODE
- Ensure data capture as per RECODE
- Update and maintain the RECCE tablet with latest information on products, usage and riding initiatives
- Customer Satisfaction
- Own the customer satisfaction scores for the sales process
- Ensure presence and owner ship of the customer vehicle sales
- Conduct home visit if required to drive customer satisfaction
- Coordinate effectively with relevant teams and stake holders to ensure smooth execution of required processes such as Test Drives, Billing and payments, etc.
