Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with retailers and distributors.
Good knowledge of secondary sales process, route planning, and market execution.
Self-motivated with ability to achieve targets under minimal supervision.
Proficient in using mobile sales apps or reporting tools for data entry and analysis.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic data analysis tools.
Preferred Traits:
Self-motivated and proactive with a high learning agility.
Team player with strong collaboration skills.
Travel: Around 15 day’s in a Month
