Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Greet walk-in customers and proactively understand their daily commuting needs and budget requirements.
Product Advocacy: Explain the "EV Value Proposition," including cost savings (per km cost), battery life, charging infrastructure, and government incentives (like FAME-II or state subsidies).
Test Ride Management: Conduct professional test rides, ensuring safety protocols are met while highlighting performance features like torque, regenerative braking, and smart-app connectivity.
Lead Management: Maintain and update the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. Follow up with "warm" leads via calls or WhatsApp to convert inquiries into bookings.
Financial Assistance: Guide customers through various finance options, EMI schemes, and insurance tie-ups.
Delivery Coordination: Oversee the vehicle delivery process, ensuring the vehicle is polished, charged, and that the customer is fully briefed on the smart features and warranty.
Market Awareness: Stay updated on competitor models (Ather, TVS, Bajaj, etc.) to effectively handle customer comparisons and objections.
