・Experience in big supplier parts design/development (automotive interior/exterior plastic parts)
・Strong communication/presentation skills, experience with remote teams
・Business-level English for a multinational environment
・People management experience and ability to manage change
・Strong, proactive leadership to inspire and empower the team
・Results-oriented problem-solving skills
・Flexible hours for communication with global teams
・Self-starter and results-oriented
・Willingness to travel
・Bachelor's/Master's degree in business/engineering or equivalent
■Nice to have
・Fastener parts design experience is a plus
