We are seeking a proactive and professional Sales Supervisor to join our team in the Brewery/Distillery industry in Guwahati, Assam. This contract position requires a dedicated individual to lead and manage a team of Sales Promoters, ensuring targets are met and client relationships are maintained.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage a team of Sales Promoters to achieve sales objectives.
- Collect and analyze reports from the sales team to track performance and identify trends.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Provide training and mentorship to the sales team.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- H.Sc/+2/Intermediate qualification required.
- Minimum of 1 year and maximum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the Brewery/Distillery sector.
- Proven experience in team management.
- Strong skills in collecting and analyzing sales reports.
- Excellent client management abilities.
- Must own a two-wheeler and a laptop.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Guwahati, Assam, 781001.
