Randstad is seeking a proactive and professional Sales Supervisor to join our client in the Brewery/Distillery industry in Kolkata. This contract position requires a motivated individual with experience in managing teams and client relations.
Responsibilities:- Manage and lead a team of promoters to achieve sales targets.
- Collect and analyze reports from the team to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Oversee sales activities and ensure effective execution of strategies.
- Provide training and guidance to the sales team.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure brand representation and compliance with company policies.
- Minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on team management.
- H.Sc/+2/Intermediate qualification required.
- Proven ability in team managing, collecting reports from a team, and managing clients.
- Must own a two-wheeler and a laptop.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
