We are seeking a proactive and professional Sales Supervisor to join our team in Nagaon, Assam, on a contract basis. This role is ideal for an experienced individual with a passion for the brewery and distillery industry, eager to lead and manage a sales team.
Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of sales promoters, providing guidance and support.
- Oversee the collection of reports from team members to track sales performance.
- Effectively manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and fostering business growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets within the brewery/distillery sector.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures by the sales team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- H.Sc/+2/Intermediate qualification required.
- Minimum of 1 year and maximum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the brewery/distillery industry.
- Proven experience in Team Managing.
- Demonstrated ability to collect and analyze reports from team members.
- Strong Client Managing skills.
- Must own a two-wheeler and a laptop.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Located in or willing to relocate to Nagaon, Assam, 782001.
