They are seeking motivated individuals to join their mission as a global startup.＜Role & Responsibilities＞In this role, you will gain experience in accounting operations and international tax matters from a global perspective, contributing to the financial health and growth of the Company's Group.＜Main tasks include＞■ Lead accounting process improvements and system updates/implementations.■ Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing for entities in Japan and overseas.■ Oversee accounting and tax treatment for new services and projects.■ Prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS.■ Respond to quarterly and annual audits by external auditors.■ Participate in company-wide projects as a project member.#LI-Hybrid#LI-KN

＜Requirements＞
■ Experience in closing management or equivalent (standalone and consolidated).
■ Experience in general accounting tasks and approvals (daily transactions, monthly, quarterly, year-end closing).
■ Ability to compare ideal scenarios with reality and make balanced decisions.
■ Capability to translate complex requirements into practical, executable workflows.
■ Experience in accounting for foreign-affiliated companies or overseas subsidiaries is a plus.
■ Business-level English proficiency.
