You will ensure accurate and timely financial and management reporting, and maintain regulatory compliance. 求められる経験
■Requirements
・Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
・5+ years of experience as an Accountant, Financial Controller, or Auditor.
・CPA, ACCA, JICPA, or equivalent professional qualification (preferred).
・Experience with major accounting/ERP systems.
・Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
・Fluency in Japanese and English (written and spoken).
・Experience in the IT software and/or B2B industries (a plus).
・Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
・Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
・Excellent communication and organizational skills.
