Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the planning and delivery of accurate, comprehensive, timely and value-add business analysis, organisational change and research products to support the project.

• Develop and conduct analysis activities in a timely manner, while managing competing priorities and using a wide range of data.

  Lead or assist in the development of high-quality presentations of compiled analysis, through written and other presentation methods as required.
• Provide accurate specialist advice, analysis, guidance and reporting on a range of topics and issues.
• Assist in developing and managing key internal and external relationships, including collaborating with key stakeholders to identify opportunities, achieve outcomes and facilitate cooperation.
• Develop and maintain a backlog of business requirements.
• Document business requirements clearly in the form of high-level detailed requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.

Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency using tools such as Azure DevOps.
• A detail-oriented approach to all tasks with an ability to collate a range of information and present in a logical manner.
• High-quality document preparation skills, including development and review of executive briefing documents, project artefacts, plans, reports and others.
• Experience working in major programs with legislated timelines.
• Understanding of public sector ICT accountability and assurance frameworks.
• Familiarity with security and operational readiness requirements in government environments.
