• Facilitate virtual training sessions and provide guidance to participants.
• Update learning products to reflect system changes and evolving business needs.
• Manage training repositories to ensure all content is current and easy to navigate.
Qualifications
• A degree or diploma in business, communications, or adult education.
• Five years of experience creating technical documentation and user training resources.
• Five years of experience delivering interactive training through web-based platforms.
• Five years of experience managing multiple tasks with strict timelines simultaneously.
• Proven ability to document business processes and develop change management strategies.
