Responsibilities
• Integrate human centered design methods into program review and digital transformation projects to improve service quality.
• Analyze and document project outcomes to ensure staff efficiency and easy access for citizens across all service channels.
• Conduct user and behavioral field research to identify gaps and opportunities in the current service delivery model.
• Facilitate co-design workshops with stakeholders and service users to develop innovative solutions and concepts.
• Create journey maps, service blueprints, and process maps to depict the end to end service experience.
• Design and test service prototypes and conduct usability testing to validate digital products before implementation.
• Develop change management plans and coordinate with program teams to integrate new processes and policies into operations.
Qualifications
• Minimum of two years of professional experience focusing on service design research and creating design outputs.
• At least three years of experience working in or directly for the public sector.
• Proven experience of two years or more working within a cross functional product team using agile methodology.
• Experience planning and conducting qualitative field research and reporting findings to project leadership.
• Background in service transformation including experience with policy changes or organizational culture shifts.
