In this individual contributor role, you will serve as a development lead supporting cross-enterprise initiatives and large-scale product launches. You will champion Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and DevSecOps principles to improve reliability, security, and productivity.
As a Full-Stack Developer, you will join the team responsible for the CI/Operational Dashboard—an internal monitoring and analytics platform. This platform tracks CI/CD pipelines, service health, JIRA analytics, and release packages. Responsibilities
Backend Mastery: 3–5+ years of experience with Python 3.11+, FastAPI, and SQLAlchemy 2.0.
Frontend Expertise: Proficiency in React 18, TypeScript 5.x, and Material-UI (MUI) 5.
Data Management: Strong skills in PostgreSQL (schema design/optimization), Redis (caching), and RabbitMQ.
DevOps Tooling: Hands-on experience with Docker/Docker Compose, Jenkins (pipeline authoring), and Linux administration (Ubuntu).
Security & Testing: Experience implementing JWT/OAuth2 (Azure AD) and writing comprehensive test suites using pytest and Jest.
Integrations: Ability to connect with third-party APIs such as GitHub, JIRA, and Jenkins for data reporting.
Qualifications
Experience: 3–5+ years of professional experience building and deploying full-stack web applications.
Soft Skills: Strong bias toward action, ability to navigate ambiguity, and a commitment to clear communication within PRs and standups.
Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have):
AI-Assisted Development and Spec-Driven Development.
JIRA REST API and JQL experience.
Performance profiling for both Python and React.
Background in CI/CD metrics or DevOps observability.
