We are hiring a senior director marketing global talent engagement & CRM to architect, scale, and govern Randstad's global automated talent lifecycle strategy. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex marketing technology infrastructure and local market execution to drive high-risk talent acquisition globally.

- location: hybrid / remote within european time zones (cet). candidates must be eligible to work from the Netherlands or a country within the central european time (cet) band.

what this role is: this is a senior strategy,digital transformation, and team building role. You will design global blueprints, manage enterprise partnerships (Salesforce, Accenture), and lead a cross-functional ecosystem.
what this role is not: this is not a content creation or day-to-day campaign execution role. Execution is driven by an advanced centralized delivery hub (GCC) and local operational squads.
what you will achieve
How will you shape our global CRM or marketing automation ecosystem?
- architect the automation strategy: you will design and scale the global blueprint for automated talent engagement across the entire lifecycle—from attraction to continuous nurture and redeployment.
- lead the talent engagement core: you will establish and lead a center of excellence (CoE) consisting of global marketing leaders to champion CRM innovation, ai-driven workflows, and hyper-personalized engagement.
- manage enterprise partnerships: you will own global partner strategies with tier-1 enterprise platforms and systems integrators, including salesforce and Accenture.
How will you drive digital transformation and performance?
- bridge marketing & it delivery: you will partner closely with global IT and product departments to translate strategic engagement visions into robust technical requirements.
- scale the centralized delivery hub: you will manage the operational excellence of a high-performing hub within our global capability center (gcc) in hyderabad and budapest, leading a team of marketing automation specialists.
- maximize database utilization: you will drive database monetization and utilization globally, establishing automated engagement and retention targets across the top 10 operating companies (opcos).

- CRM leadership: proven experience creating global strategies for talent engagement and marketing automation within complex enterprise infrastructures.
- matrix stakeholder management: exceptional capability to act as an internal consultant for executive stakeholders across global marketing, product, business directors, and global finance.
- data & analytics mastery: an analytical mindset capable of engineering CRM performance frameworks and collaborating with it to deploy advanced analytics dashboards.
- global collaboration: ability to lead cross-functional setups across diverse, offshore teams (including teams in india and hungary).
