Role Overview:As a Senior Golang & Kubernetes Engineer, you will contribute to the development and operation of a large-scale Kubernetes container platform, with a strong focus on building internal platform tooling and automation using Golang.You will work closely with platform and infrastructure teams to develop scalable services that improve cluster operations, automation, and reliability. This role requires a balance of hands-on Golang development and Kubernetes platform engineering, ensuring the stability, scalability, and evolution of the private cloud environment.Key Responsibilities:■ Design and develop internal platform tools and automation using Golang to enhance Kubernetes platform operations.■ Lead system improvement initiatives across the Kubernetes container platform.■ Contribute to the development of cluster/node auto-provisioning, automation, and self-healing capabilities.■ Manage Kubernetes clusters and node provisioning in a large-scale private cloud environment.■ Proactively identify and implement platform enhancements to improve reliability and scalability.■ Handle alert and incident management, including investigation and implementation of countermeasures.■ Perform OS and middleware updates while ensuring platform security and stability.■ Conduct midnight releases and monitoring when required.■ Create and maintain operation manuals and documentation for production environments.■ Guide and mentor engineering team members while contributing to technical leadership.

Core Technical Requirements:
■ Strong Golang development experience (5+ years preferred), including building backend services, automation tools, or platform-related systems.
■ Experience designing, developing, and maintaining production systems using Golang.
■ Experience working with distributed systems and large-scale backend infrastructure.

Platform & Infrastructure Experience:
■ 3+ years of infrastructure/platform engineering experience with production environments.
■ Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container-based platforms.
■ Experience with Linux-based environments and infrastructure tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Istio, Nginx, Mesos, Marathon).
■ Experience operating or supporting cloud platforms serving 100+ servers.

Additional Requirements:
■ Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP) and high-availability system architectures.
■ Experience working within large corporate or enterprise environments.
■ Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or willingness to obtain certification within 3 months of joining.
■ Strong sense of ownership and ability to operate mission-critical infrastructure under strict operational processes.
