Responsibilities:-
Manage and administer essential plant services, including the canteen, employee transport, housekeeping, and security. Oversee contracts and performance of all associated vendors.
Act as the primary point of contact and representative for the company with the local Panchayat and various departments of the local administration.
Provide crucial support for ongoing plant transition activities related to HR and Labour management.
Manage the day-to-day discussion and engagement with employees to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Handle all necessary End-to-End Admin Work required for smooth plant operations.
Create regular reports on HR metrics for management, including analysis of turnover rates, hiring trends, and productivity levels
