Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP)OverviewJoin a dynamic environment where you can drive HR strategies that support business growth and organizational effectiveness. As a Senior HRBP, you will partner with senior leaders to shape talent strategies, foster a high-performance culture, and provide guidance across all aspects of human resources.Key Responsibilities•Develop and execute HR strategies for business units and functional groups.•Collaborate with business operations to understand objectives and proactively address HR and organizational challenges.•Deliver solutions in organizational effectiveness, talent management, and employee lifecycle processes.•Anticipate and plan for long-term HR needs and trends in partnership with business leaders.•Act as an HR liaison on key projects and initiatives.•Coach and mentor HR colleagues and business leaders to enhance capabilities across the organization.
求められる経験
•8–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3–5 years in a senior HRBP or equivalent role.
•Broad management knowledge with experience leading project teams.
•Experience in medical technology, biotech, pharmaceutical, or related regulated industries preferred.
•Strong understanding of employment law and HR practices in regulated environments (e.g., FDA, ISO).
•Proven ability to influence senior leaders in complex, global organizations.
•Experience in organizational design, talent management, leadership development, and change management.
•Ability to implement HR programs in compensation, benefits, learning, and talent development.
•Strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
•Business acumen and ability to align HR strategy with organizational objectives.
•Exceptional communication, coaching, and influencing skills.
•Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
•High emotional intelligence, discretion, and ethical judgment.
•Ability to navigate ambiguity and balance strategic priorities with hands-on problem-solving.
