We’re looking for a dynamic Senior IT Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives across our Nordic region and broader European operations. This is a high-impact role where you’ll manage complex projects from planning through execution, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget – all while driving measurable business outcomes.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple countries, manage vendor and procurement relationships, and contribute to the evolution of our project and programme management framework. Beyond technology, you’ll play a key role in business transformation, supporting growth initiatives and operational improvements that shape the future of PRA’s business and digital landscape.

What You’ll Do
... - Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic projects and programmes across IT and business domains
- Drive business change initiatives that improve processes, efficiency, and customer outcomes
- Engage stakeholders at all levels to align on goals and expectations
- Support business development activities, ensuring projects enable growth and market competitiveness
- Manage procurement processes and vendor relationships to optimise value and compliance
- Oversee planning, execution, testing, and quality assurance
- Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track
- Contribute to the development of PRA’s project delivery methodology
- Report progress, benefits realisation, and outcomes to senior leadership
What You Bring
- At least 8 years proven experience in project and change management across IT and business functions
- Knowledge of how AI can be applied in project and change management would be highly appreciated, especially Copilot
- Strong track record of leading cross-functional project teams
- Hands-on experience with planning, tracking, and reporting tools
- Ability to navigate complex matrix organisations and deliver tangible business results
- Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field could be an advantage.
- Certifications in Agile and traditional project methodologies
- Experience with vendor management, procurement processes, and software development

- Self-driven and highly organised
- Comfortable managing shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (written and spoken). Nordic language skills are a bonus
