■About our ClientA leading global private investment firm managing multi-billion dollar asset portfolios across diverse fund strategies.■Position overviewYou will provide advanced technical support and escalation management for Tokyo and APAC users.This role combines hands-on engineering, executive support, and mentorship while collaborating with global teams on infrastructure projects and technology deployments.■Main tasks include:・Resolve complex IT issues for Tokyo and APAC users.・Deliver high-touch technical support to senior executives.・Provide guidance and mentorship to regional support engineers.・Manage device lifecycles using Intune and JAMF platforms.・Support Zoom Rooms and enterprise audio-visual systems.・Participate in global IT projects and system upgrades.#LI-Onsite#LI-KN
求められる経験
■Requirements
・6-10 years of enterprise IT support experience.
・Strong Windows and macOS troubleshooting skills.
・Business-level or above Japanese and professional English.
・Experience supporting senior executive-level users.
・Experience with Microsoft Intune, JAMF, or Autopilot.
・Knowledge of ServiceNow and ITIL management practices.
・Experience in financial or professional services sectors.
・Skills in PowerShell scripting or workflow automation.
