Key Focus
This is a HR Business Partner role for the GCC. It reports to the Head – HRBP Commercial and is based in Thane. Additionally, the role will take up leadership on critical India-level projects as required from time to time.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Partner with the business leaders to identify talent requirements, plan for talent development, productivity and retention.
- Lead regular HR cycles (performance management, C&B planning, etc.) and deliver on key HR metrics for the GCC with respect to recruitment, diversity recruitment, training, engagement, etc. by partnering with the country CoEs.
- Be an enabler for a culture that is in line with the Organization's practices by the advocacy of the same to the employees as well as stakeholders; deploy culture building initiatives and implement a high-performance culture.
- Analyze trends in employee turnover, employee engagement surveys, performance management, pulse sessions and recommend interventions backed by data. Stronghold on data, providing insights and recommendations.
- The incumbent should be able to lead in an informal 'roll up your sleeves and get it done' manner that is perceived to be people centric, effective, and marked by a high level of energy.
- Implement and communicate the new policies, procedures, and programs in support of Business.
- Be the first point of contact for all employee grievances and conduct necessary investigations.
- Supports change management activities and applicable Company / function transformation activities and projects

Qualifications, Role Specific Knowledge and Experience
- MBA in HR
- Relevant work experience of 8-10+ years in HR, with 3-5 years in HR Business Partner/Generalist positions
- Prior experience in managing a global capability centre is a must
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, especially ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly proficient in using digital tools (MS-Office), Digital HR systems and good exposure to Analytics.
- 20-30% travel (domestic)
