They integrate cutting-edge technology with world-class branding to deliver extraordinary experiences. ■Role OverviewAs a Senior Network Engineer, you will manage mission-critical network infrastructure supporting park operations and DX initiatives. Collaborating with global teams, you ensure high availability and performance of wired/wireless networks across the campus and data centers.■Main tasks include:・Oversee daily network operations and maintain high availability・Implement configuration changes and ensure adherence to SLAs・Troubleshoot critical incidents affecting business operations・Manage networks using Cisco, Palo Alto, and Aruba technologies・Create documentation including network diagrams and SOPs・Drive operational improvements through automation and efficiency#LI-Hybrid#LI-KN
求められる経験
■REQUIREMENTS
・Japanese: Fluent-level proficiency
・English: Business proficiency, with the ability to collaborate with US-based teams
Candidates with conversational English proficiency and a willingness to actively use English in a global environment may also be considered
■MUST HAVE
・5+ years of experience configuring and managing network equipment
・Hands-on experience with or equivalent to:
- Cisco switches and routers, ISE, Palo Alto firewall, Infoblox, Aruba Wireless
・Experience in network operations and support environments
・Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
・Basic knowledge of network automation (e.g., Python, Netmiko)
・Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
