Translate global project requirements into local implementation solutions, ensuring all
deviations are identified and properly documented.
Support the workstream lead and collaborate with the APAC regional captain to drive country-
level rollouts, prioritisation, drive change and adoption.
Support the workstream lead and work closely with the APAC regional captain to ensure
alignment across diverse markets with varying maturity levels.
Requirements:
Must have proven SAP HR R3/ S/4 Hana business application knowledge
Proven experience in HR process design and transformation
Strong proficiency in HR process modelling
Strong problem-solving capability and ability to stabilise delivery in ambiguous environments
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Senior-level expertise in global HR environments, and familiar with global business services
Ability to work across diverse cultural and organisational contexts
Independent consultants or firms with no conflict of interest
