About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Python Developer with 5+ years of experience to lead backend development using Django. In addition to technical mastery, we need a strong communicator who can bridge the gap between engineering and non-technical stakeholders, articulate complex architectural decisions, and collaborate effortlessly across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems using Django.
Architect performant RESTful APIs and optimize database queries (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
Communicate complex technical trade-offs clearly to product managers and business teams.
Mentor junior developers and maintain high standards via code reviews.

Requirements

5+ years of professional Python backend experience.
Expert-level proficiency with Django and Django REST Framework.
Proven written and verbal communication skills; able to explain technical concepts simply.
Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services (AWS/GCP).
