■ Technical Depth: Stong understanding of Java, JEE, Spring, SpringBoot, REST, Hibernate, and AWS.

■ Integration Expertise: Proven track record in SaaS integration and complex interface definition.

■ Language / 言語力: Fluent Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent); Business-level English (Global communication).

■ Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical solutions to non-technical business leaders.

・Domain knowledge in Loyalty, Airline, or Banking sectors.
