Required Experience & Skills
· 5–8 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or operational insights, ideally within marketing, creative, or production environments.
· Proven experience building data systems from the ground up — not just maintaining them.
· Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros), Power BI, Tableau, Adobe Analytics and strong presentation skills in PowerPoint.
· Experience designing dashboards that synthesize data from multiple sources and communicate trends clearly.
· Strong understanding of business and operational metrics, preferably in creative or production workflows.
· Ability to partner with cross-functional teams to define what data to track and why.
· Comfortable working with APIs, data exports, or structured data from SaaS platforms.
· Exceptional attention to detail, data integrity, and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
· Strong communication and storytelling skills — able to turn data into narratives that drive action.
· Highly independent, proactive, and resourceful — capable of creating structure where none exists.
Preferred Experience
· Familiarity with systems such as Workfront, Letsflo/Shotflow, Pixelz, DAM (Sitecore), or similar creative production platforms.
· Experience in retail, fashion, or multi-brand creative operations environments.
· Exposure to automation, AI, or advanced analytics projects.
· Knowledge of database structures, Power Query, or scripting for data transformation.
· Degree in Data Analytics, Operations, Business, or a related field.
