What You'll Do:

Lead the development of long-term network coverage and capacity strategies.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the Radio High Level Planning Team.
Champion the adoption of automation, AI-driven tools, and advanced scripting to streamline planning processes.
Stay ahead of industry trends, including 6G and IoT integration, to ensure the network remains competitive and scalable.

What You'll Need:

A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in RAN planning and design for mobile networks optimization.
Experience leading network transformation projects from 4G to 5G.
Expert-level knowledge of 2G/3G/4G/5G technologies and standards.
Proficiency with advanced network planning tools (e.g., ASSET, Atoll), GIS software (e.g., Mapinfo) and data analutic tools (Power BI).
Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
