- Works with operational talent to map potential career pathways based on their skills and goals
- Leverages data analytics to track operational talent performance trends and forecast future development needs
- Promotes learning programs aligned with the company's needs, tracking participation rates and feedback from operational talent to improve offerings
- Conducts assessments to regularly measure operational talents’ skill levels and identify areas for growth
- Collects information on available job opportunities and coordinates with clients to place operational talent in suitable roles
- Facilitates regular check-ins with operational talent to maintain open lines of communication and ensure alignment with their roles and maintain engagement
- Maintains a robust pool of operational talents through networking
Requirements
- 3+ years of working experience
- In-depth knowledge of sourcing operations processes
- Experience in implementing strategic sourcing suites systems (SAP Fieldglass, equivalent systems), analytical capabilities, and process digitization
- Ability to work independently through proper time management
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and handle difficult conversations
- Proven track record measured by customer service levels and satisfaction, SLA’s and KPI’s, increased responsibilities, and working relationships with colleagues and management
- Able to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and orally, both in one-on-one and in group presentation situations
- Ability to apply data and subject expertise in business development or strategic selling capacity
