We're looking for an experienced Support Worker ready to step into a senior role, or an existing Senior looking for a new challenge. You'll support individuals experiencing homelessness, often with mental health and substance use needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead shifts and support day-to-day service delivery
Co-produce and manage support plans
Support recruitment and referrals
Mentor and supervise staff
Requirements:
SVQ3 in Social Care
3+ years' frontline support experience
Experience in homelessness, mental health, or addictions
What We Offer:
6% pension contribution
Death in service (2x salary)
Enhanced sick pay
