A renewable energy company focused on developing and managing sustainable power projects, particularly in wind energy sectors is looking to hire an Investment Associate /Manager. The company aims to contribute to the global transition to clean energy through innovative solutions and investments in environmentally responsible technologies.Mission: Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in the development and the running of complex financial models and scenario analysis, to drive financial and commercial decisions for offshore wind energy projects in Japan.Responsabilities : - Creating, developing, and maintaining financial models used for assessing key strategic decisions, such as assessing business cases and driving bidding strategy in offshore wind auctions- Carrying out competitor and sensitivity analysis, to optimise bidding strategy- Helping to coordinate and review the work of external consultants- Preparing presentations to communicate findings and make recommendations to company's Board and shareholders- Evaluating the impact of investments or projects on the company's key financial metrics, such as EPS, net debt, and credit ratings

求められる経験
- Robust analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Solid financial modelling experience, including experience of project finance modelling
- Previous experience in infrastructure, energy or utilities is beneficial
- Understanding of key drivers, risks and sensitivities in financial modelling
- Experience of financial investment appraisal techniques
- Capacity to present complex financial issues in simple terms
- Native Japanese speaker and fluent English
- Ability to provide high quality work on a timely and consistent basis
